  2. Approval & Return Instructions – We will review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back – Send the product to our return address (provided via email).

  4. Refund Issued – Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
